Job Summary:
As a Technical Program Manager in the Migration Programs team, you will lead the planning and execution of critical migration initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to build new technology platforms and migrate historical data, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will foster collaboration, drive program excellence, and help us achieve our strategic objectives. Your leadership will be key to delivering successful outcomes and supporting our future business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine comprehensive migration roadmaps, outlining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees and working groups
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and drive decision-making
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust technical solutions
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to validate solution designs
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards
  • Proactively identify and manage risks related to data integrity, customer experience, and system performance
  • Drive end-to-end execution of migration programs, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports to senior management, providing actionable insights
