Job description

Motionhouse are seeking an experienced technical production manager to manage the smooth and efficient technical delivery of our extensive creative programme, performances and tours.

The technical production manager will play a leading role delivering Motionhouse's artistic programme including production, touring and compliance, working closely with both the artistic and associate directors as well as the programme producer and executive director.

Adaptable and calm under pressure, the ideal candidate will take a hands‑on approach, confidently managing all aspects of Motionhouse's touring activity, ensuring excellent standards are maintained, and overseeing the technical operation of Motionhouse's creation space in Leamington Spa.
