A cultural organization in Ashford is seeking a Technical & Production Manager to oversee operations for a new creation and manage touring activities. The role requires leading technical and production management, working closely with creative teams, and ensuring all production spaces are prepared. Ideal candidates will show adaptability under pressure and have strong skills in production coordination. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity for freelance or part-time arrangements as well. Salary is £30,000 per annum.

JVC is seeking an experienced Technical & Production Manager to oversee the smooth & efficient running of Jasmin’s new creation, premiering Sept 26, & to manage operations within our purpose‑built creation space in Ashford, JV H.O.M.E. Open to freelance/part‑time discussions for the right candidate.
The Technical & Production Manager will play a leading role across Operations, Compliance, Technical, and Production, working closely with both the Artistic and Executive Directors & the wider Senior Management Team (SMT). Adaptable & calm under pressure, the ideal candidate will take a hands‑on approach‑equally confident managing all aspects of the company's touring activity as they are overseeing the technical operations of our production spaces, training studios & facilities at JV H.O.M.E.
This is an exciting time for the company, with 3 touring shows in repertoire & a new production about to go into development. The Technical & Production Manager will play a key role in bringing this new work to life & preparing it for tour.
JV H.O.M.E. serves as a cultural hub dedicated to creation, production, education, and multidisciplinary artistic exchange. The Technical & Production Manager will ensure the company remains fully equipped and operates efficiently‑both within JV H.O.M.E. and on tour.
This is a full-time, permanent position however, we are open to discussing freelance or part‑time arrangements with the right candidate.
