• We need a driven individual experienced in a project or delivery management role, ideally within a product, digital, or agency setting.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

My client are a growing, values driven agency based in West Yorkshire. Currently 20 people strong, they boost an impression client rooster, and have created a close knit working environment. The founder is passionate about working on value lead projects, they will not take on anything that compromises their strict code of ethics, and as such have great satisfaction from the work that they do. The team is friendly, and ambitious. Micromanagement isn’t welcome here, and everyone is rewarded on merit, with regular pay reviews, every 6 months or so.

This is a key hire for them and will help to cement their excellent reputation.

THE Technical Product Manager ROLE:

This is a new role within the business, currently projects are managed / ran via the Devs and MD but the need for a standalone Technical Product Manager has arisen due to growth. You will be central in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, to their usual high standard, and of course on time! You will liaise closely with their client base, but also their in house tech team. You will help to formalise/build out clear processes to manage timelines and budgets. This suits a detail orientated individual used to the fast-paced nature of Agency/Consultancy.

Ideally you will have a technical background / know how, many projects are PHP + Laravel focused, so familiarity with this tech would be great.
