• Significant experience in technical repairs or asset management.
• Proven people management experience in leading technical teams.
• Experience managing complex, high-risk cases in legal disrepair processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's approach to disrepair, damp & mould, and technical repairs.
• Manage and develop 3-4 direct reports.
• Oversee complex case investigations and remedial programmes.
• Act as the technical lead for legal disrepair cases.
• Ensure technical solutions comply with regulations.
• Monitor contractor performance and cost control.
