We’re Europe’s leading design, engineering and environmental consultancy and we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead our Civil & Structural engineering team focussing on the Energy Sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth, setting strategic goals, managing Client relationships and ensuring excellence in delivery of our services. As Team Manager you will need to be either at Technical Manger / Technical Director grade, you will need to provide leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction to your team. You will have responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of projects and developing and maintaining client relationships. You will have responsibility for Profit & Loss for your team and your projects.

This role will be based at our Glasgow office and can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office / on site and the option of adjusted start and finish times.
