Technical Product Manager – Cardiff

Locations: On-site, 5 days per week

A leading global aviation company is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the maintenance and operational oversight of its CFM engine fleet. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in jet engines who wants to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support engines through the repair and overhaul process
  • Assist with workscopes, configuration management, and deviation approvals
  • Monitor engine progress across the MRO network
  • Provide on-wing troubleshooting support
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams
  • Travel to MRO facilities for engine reviews and inspections
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
  • Experience in aviation engineering or a technical role
  • Prior CFM engine maintenance experience strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office with strong communication skills
