The Role

• Provide technical leadership across projects, guiding a squad of 56 engineers
• Drive technical excellence and ensure delivery of reliable, scalable solutions
• Shape technical strategy and long‑term architectural decisions
• Optimise development workflows and delivery processes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Foster collaboration, provide clear direction, and empower team members
• Mentor engineers and support their technical growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on technical strategy

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

• TypeScript / JavaScript
• React and Next.js
• Node.js (Fastify, Express or similar)
• API testing tools (Postman, Bruno)
• Databases such as Oracle or MongoDB
• Leading cross‑functional teams and working directly with clients
