We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team, where your extensive technical expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud solutions. If you have a deep understanding of AWS services and a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation, this is the opportunity for you. Your leadership capabilities will be essential as you guide projects and mentor teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cloud-native applications that are scalable, secure, and resilient.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with serverless architectures and containerization, such as ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
• Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cost optimisation strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, including CloudWatch, ELK stack, and Prometheus / Grafana.
• Strong coding skills in languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications.

Additional Experience Required

• Ability to act on own authority to manage and provide direction to projects, maintaining information and analysis used to justify decisions.
• Experience in building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code and CI / CD pipelines.
• Awareness of open-source AI / ML models and their utilisation in cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of creating robotic process automation solutions, such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Experience in creating cloud-based solutions using JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Docker.
• Provide technical insight to broader business discussions to contribute to product development and explore new technical solutions.
• Offer definitive advice across diverse teams, negotiating and gaining consensus on contentious issues to drive development forward.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with organisational standards and best practises for product development and support.
• Work with production, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure highly resilient, secure scalable, and available products.
