A leading HVAC manufacturer in Shepperton is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Engineer to enhance its technical team. The role emphasizes HVAC application support and technical problem-solving. You will respond to customer enquiries, support external sales, deliver product training, and help manage accounts. Ideal candidates have a strong HVAC background and can explain system operations in detail. The position offers a salary of up to £60K, a 7% bonus, and hybrid working flexibility.
We're partnered with a well-established and market leading HVAC manufacturer that is continuing to expand its UK operation following several strong years of growth. With increasing order volume, a growing field sales presence and a strong pipeline of technically complex work mainly covering data centre projects, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Technical Inside Sales Engineer to strengthen its internal technical team.
This position has been created as part of a wider investment into technical capability and supporting planned team growth through the year. The focus of the role is firmly on HVAC application support and technical problem-solving, rather than transactional sales.
Reporting into the Technical Manager, you'll act as a key technical point of contact for customers and the external sales team, providing detailed HVAC application support across a wide range of enquiries.

You’ll come from a strong HVAC background with proven application knowledge and the ability to explain how systems operate at a detailed, component level. As the technical team continues to grow, you’ll be able to support more junior engineers and confidently present technical information to customers.
