Job summary

A local Financial Services firm in South Leicester seeks a Technical IFA Administrator to provide end-to-end support to Financial Advisers. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, processing valuations, and organizing appointments. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience, excellent data input skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software. The position offers a salary of up to £30,000, a non-contributory pension, and additional benefits including a modern office environment and team events.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an IFA Administrator.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent accuracy in data input.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and industry software.
  • Organised and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Financial Advisers on client tasks.
  • Process Letters of Authority and product valuations.
  • Prepare client meeting packs and cash-flow modelling.
  • Action fund switches and manage client appointments.
  • Handle general administrative duties.

Skills

2+ years’ experience as an IFA Administrator
Excellent accurate data input
Confident using Microsoft Office
Comfortable using industry software such as XPlan / Curo
Organised approach to work
Able to handle multiple cases simultaneously
Confident working independently and within a team
