We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Events Lead Engineer - Production - Audio Visual. Join our dynamic team as a Technical Events Lead Engineer within Executive Technology Services, where you\'ll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and exceptional user experiences. Our End User Services empower HSBC colleagues to collaborate seamlessly and drive the Bank\'s strategy forward. We provide a suite of Enterprise End User Devices, including Thin Clients, MacBooks, Mobiles, and Windows-based devices, all integrated with top-tier collaboration software for email, chat, file sharing, and video conferencing. Our diverse operating systems-Windows, iOS, Android, MacOS, and Elux-are tailored to meet corporate needs. With interactive whiteboards, digital signage, and a world-class video conferencing system, we ensure our colleagues can share and connect globally. Our comprehensive Managed Print Solution is backed by customer-centric support services, extending beyond End User Services. Elevated Technology Services offers bespoke solutions for colleagues with unique technology needs, including Executives, senior management, Traders, and those interfacing with high-revenue customers or requiring assistive technology. We also manage the Innovation Showroom.
As a Technology Specialist, you\'ll be at the forefront of servicing the technical event and meeting needs of HSBC\'s Managing Directors and Board members. In this fast-paced environment, you\'ll ensure our senior management\'s technology requirements are met, regardless of location, technology, or time.
