Overview

Technical Engagement Manager

I am working with a global data and AI consultancy that is expanding its Financial Services practice and looking to bring on a Technical Engagement Manager to lead client delivery across data management and analytics programs. This is a strategic role where you\'ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engagements, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

You will join a collaborative environment focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through enterprise data solutions. With increasing demand for data-driven transformation in banking and finance, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape client relationships and lead high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with key client stakeholders to identify new opportunities across data, analytics, and digital.
• Take ownership of key accounts and drive expansion plans within these assigned clients.
• Work closely with technical teams around the business and ensure project objectives are met in line with agreed goals.
• Conduct business reviews and develop action plans to address issues with underperforming projects.
• Supporting proposal development, staffing plans, and onboarding of delivery resource.

Qualifications

• Background working in Financial Services or Banking
• Strong experience working on data warehousing, data engineering or data management projects
• Experience working in technical architecture or project management roles
• Ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong working knowledge of delivery frameworks and software development lifecycles
