Job summary

An international architectural practice in Penarth is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their Singapore studio. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and extensive knowledge of Singapore's building regulations. This role involves producing detailed architectural drawings, preparing submission documents, and collaborating with stakeholders. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit are essential. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional drafting experience, expert knowledge of local building regulations, and a strong record in preparing submission documents for authority approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and visualizations based on project designs using AutoCAD, BIM, and other design software.
• Prepare and coordinate submission documents in accordance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
• Translate conceptual designs into buildable plans and collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineers throughout the project cycle.
• Revise drawings and details in response to feedback from project managers and regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify specifications and resolve technical issues related to submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural drafting, preferably within an international firm.
