A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join a well-established demolition team in Willenhall. This crucial role involves coordinating the technical and administrative activities of demolition projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will liaise with a variety of stakeholders including project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance and timely project delivery. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of safety standards are essential for this position.
DCS are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join a well-established demolition team during a period of growth. This role is central to the successful delivery of demolition projects, coordinating technical, administrative and site activities from pre-start through to completion.
You will act as a key point of contact between Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, site teams, subcontractors, clients and other teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and on programme.
