Job Description:

A Day in the Life

Within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, your role involves maintaining and developing business by providing excellent training, education, and technical support to customers, focusing on Cryo and Pulseselect products. You should reside in Southwest UK and have a clean driver's license.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and clinical paper overviews
  • Planning and prioritising clinical, technical, and educational programmes with input from sales and other teams
  • Supporting clinical procedures in catheterisation labs or operating theatres
  • Offering troubleshooting support to sales and customers
  • Training customers (physicians, physiologists, nurses) in collaboration with sales/marketing
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in purchasing
  • Supporting marketing and sales during product launches

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Fully trained Cardiac Physiologist with EP accreditation (IBHRE/BHRS)
  • Knowledge of the marketplace
  • Experience in training or education
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Strong organisational skills and teamwork ability
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
