Technical Business Analyst – London / Remote

Our client is a cutting‑edge fintech giant with a global presence and has been a market leader within the fintech consultancy sector for many years.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a background in software development and strong experience designing RESTful APIs, data models, and event‑driven processes for fast‑paced development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and documenting RESTful API services, including JSON Schema and Open API Specification (Swagger).
• Working with JIRA, Confluence, user stories, and Gherkin to support Agile development cycles.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align information technology with business operations and processes.
• Creating wireframe designs and data models to support system architecture and process improvement.
• Managing priorities, scheduling, and ensuring deliverables within sprints and software development cycles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in RESTful API design, HTTP, JSON, Open API, Swagger, Postman, BPMN, and Gherkin.
• Proficiency with SQL and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and business process understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, or other wireframing tools.
