The Role

Join our Roadmap & Partnerships team as a Technical Business Analyst, where you'll bridge the gap between clients and our highly configurable insurance platform. You'll work with new and existing clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and support sales processes through workshops, demonstrations, and technical documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Help clients unlock the full potential of our complex insurance system
  • Support sales discussions with technical expertise and solution design
  • Create proposals, process flows, and RFI responses
  • Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Managers on future enhancements
  • Solve challenging technical problems with structured thinking

What We're Looking For

  • 2 : 1 or above in a STEM subject
