Working with a large IT consultancy seeking a permanent Technical Business Analyst.

• Permanent role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:

• Translate business objectives and requirements into technical features and user stories to guide product development and delivery.
• Utilize your understanding of IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Conduct system and data analysis to identify improvements and inform decision-making.
• Assist in managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog refinement, collaborating with product owners, developers, architects, and QATs to resolve impediments.

Your profile

You should have:

• Experience in designing and developing technology-based products.
• Experience with technical architecture and technical writing.
• Skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI), with willingness to learn database schemas and perform data manipulation.
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and design to development, testing, and release.
• Proficiency in building, refining, and prioritizing agile backlogs for technical requirements.
• Capability to learn various delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• An interest in contributing to the growth of the internal BA community through peer learning and business development.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.

Ideally, additional experience in:

• Different sectors including Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail.
• Supporting internal team operations like recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring.

Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc., are a plus.
