Overview

I am looking for a Technical Bid Writer to join my client on a contract basis for an initial 3-6 months. This could potentially be longer if successful in the role. The client is tendering/bidding for work on large Civil Engineering/Infrastructure packages and needs the above to join their pre-construction team and assist in this process.

Responsibilities

• Join the pre-construction team and assist in tendering/bidding for large Civil Engineering/Infrastructure packages.
• Understand the PQQ/ITT process and provide detailed answers to technical queries relating to relevant bids.
• Proficiency with CAD is useful for this opportunity.
• Support the team in pursuing long-term arrangements on some of the UK\'s largest infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications

• Technical bid writing experience focused on winning bids.
• Civil Engineering/infrastructure contracting experience.
• Knowledge and experience of temporary works within such schemes.
• Likely Civil Engineering degree background, reflecting the specialist technical knowledge required.
