Overview

Technical Assistant – Are you an experienced Quality or Technical Auditor seeking your next step up in your career? We are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is eager to join a company on an upwards trajectory of growth. The Technical Assistant will support the technical and process function to launch safe, legal and high-quality products, working closely with the Technical and Process Function to manage and keep up-to-date technical paperwork at our client’s manufacturing site near Brent, London.

Responsibilities
  • Draw up and maintain product factory paperwork (including recipes, calculation of batching).
  • Coordinate internal approval of all factory paperwork (including technical and process sign-off).
  • Maintain factory trackers (e.g. debrining, pH/salt).
  • Support the management of the surveillance routine testing schedule (microbiological, nutritional testing, etc.) and update internal trackers.
  • Manage internal training of new processes and quality system paperwork for Factory Personnel for any new products.
  • Keep folders up to date: artworks folders, factory floor paperwork folders.
  • Create spiderweb graphs for new olives as required.
  • Keep the Demarco database up to date.
  • Serve as QUOR system SME deputy.
  • Assist with customer visits.
