Role: Tech Lead Manager
Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.
Salary: DOE plus extensive benefits

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

The successful candidate will lead the hands‑on development of Pharmacy2U’s core internal systems across web and mobile platforms, delivering high‑quality front‑end solutions and interfaces for key projects. You will oversee and grow a team of developers, providing leadership and support through core line management responsibilities, including regular 1:1s and career development.
