  • Provide3rdleveltechnicalsupporttoallKFC1000+restaurantsintheUKandROIbyworkingwithstoreemployeestoresolvetechnical,trainingorsystemsissues
  • SupportothermembersoftheTechnologyteamregardingallrestaurantsystemsanddevices,includingPOSs,BackofHousePCs&Laptopsincludingsystemstomanagecash,stock,packscreens,securityandreporting
  • Resolveissuesastheyoccurwhilepro-activelyinvestigatinganddocumentinglonger-termsolutionstoresolverepeatissues
  • SupportingTechprojectsthroughthedevelopment&implementation
  • Analysingstatisticaldatatofindsolutionstorepeatingissues.DocumentingandsharingnewprocedureswithothermembersoftheTechnologyteam
  • Workingcloselywithourthird-partysupportpartners,suchasFujitsu
  • Development,supportandadministrationofkiosks,delivery&onlineorderingsolutions
  • Testingandapprovalforanydevelopmentchangesrelatingtotheabove
  • Collaborationonthesupportofnewtechnologyandprocessesintorestaurants
