Overview

MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE We're looking for an experienced 2nd Line Tech Bar Engineer to deliver face-to-face and remote support in a fast-paced environment. You'll act as the escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line support across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android
  • Troubleshoot escalated incidents and requests, ensuring SLA targets are met
  • Support Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD, and identity/access management
  • Configure and support hardware, software, and security tools
  • Assist with onboarding, device provisioning, and user training
  • Collaborate with wider technical teams and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to service improvements
What you\'ll bring
  • 2-5 years\' experience in 2nd line/Tech Bar support
  • Strong macOS knowledge, plus Windows and mobile device support
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience with ITIL-aligned service desk/ticketing systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Desirable qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 or Apple certifications
  • Experience with Intune, Workspace ONE, Okta, Zscaler
  • Exposure to ISO 27001/9001 environments and VIP support
  • Current SC clearance (transferable)
