Team Rector of Broadwater

Broadwater is a vibrant evangelical parish within the Deanery of Worthing. The Patrons, Bishop of Chichester, and Parish seek to appoint a Team Rector who will offer dynamic biblical, pastoral and evangelistic leadership at a crucial time in our journey, as we seek to know, love and follow Jesus.

• An inspirational servant-leader , with a proven ability to develop a clear vision
• An enabler of others , who will identify, nurture, and release the gifts of people of all ages and backgrounds
