ABOUT THE ROLE

Youll be thefriendly face that makes guests feel instantly welcomeanswering questionskeeping things running smoothly and helping folks with digital orders sonothing slows them down. Youll also spot and solve problems on the flysupport the team and help raise the bar for great service every day.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING
  • Welcomefirst always. Greet every guest with good energy and a real smile makethem feel like they matter the second they walk in.
  • Know themenu inside out. Answer questions shout out promos and help guests pickwhats right for them.
  • Make techfeel easy. Help guests use kiosks or the app without making itawkward. Show them how to customise and order like a pro.
  • Keep itmoving. Watch the crowd reduce wait times and never let anyone feel lost or lefthanging. Let them know whats happening with their order.
  • Handlecomplaints like a pro. Listen up stay calm fix what you can and loop in yourTeam Leader or GM if it needs backup.
