Tesco: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train team members, developing their operational and leadership skills.
  • Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about products, building the store's brand and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximize profit.
  • Build your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan and resource planned activities.
  • Ensure store safety and legal trading by coaching the team on security tools.
