A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Team Manager to oversee Assessment & Intervention Teams. Team Manager - Devon

Location: Taw View, Barnstaple / Phoenix House, Tiverton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Rate: Up to £47.50 per hour (umbrella)

We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our Assessment & Intervention Teams (North & Mid Devon)!

What You'll Do:
  • Support and guide social workers in the Duty & Assessment Team
  • Quality assure work and manage performance where needed
  • Work within safeguarding and court contexts
  • Model restorative practices to strengthen relationships with children, adolescents, families, and colleagues
  • Be on-site for 5 days every 4 weeks and as required for training/manager meetings
Requirements:
  • Experienced Team Manager in safeguarding and court work
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Ability to commit to on-site presence as outlined
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children and adolescents
