Role: Permanent

Salary: £60,000 £65,000 per annum

About the Client

An award-winning independent psychology and neurodevelopmental practice delivering high-quality assessments for adults and children, including autism and ADHD evaluations, expert witness reports, and health service contracts.

The Role

Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic, managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising psychologists, therapists, and support staff
  • Overseeing diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, QB)
  • Managing clinic operations, performance metrics, and contract delivery
  • Ensuring clinical governance and case management
  • Supporting onboarding, training, and process improvements
Qualifications
  • HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, SLT, OT, Nurse)
  • ADOS-2 / ADI-R trained (QB training desirable)
  • Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team management
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
