Managed Services Team Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a well-established, forward-thinking business based in Sheffield known for its friendly culture, strong team spirit, and commitment to delivering outstanding technical support.

We are seeking a confident and experienced Team Manager to lead a high performing Managed Services team. You will oversee daily operations, manage escalations, support team development, and ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved.

This is a hands-on leadership position. In addition to managing the team, you will regularly get involved in technical work to support workloads, provide cover when needed, and contribute to key operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and team workloads
