Job description

Overview

We are currently recruiting for 2 Team Leaders on behalf of our Client, a Residential home based in Donaghadee. These are permanent posts with a 39 hour and 26 hour contract. Shift times are 7am-8pm covering a 7 day rota and immediate start required. The rate of pay is £14 per hour.

The duties will include supporting the management team with daily operations, managing and mentoring staff, providing personal care to residents, medication administration and updating documentation.

What We Need From You

• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
