Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment, ideally in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs such as Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.
• Understanding of person-centred support.

• Lead a team supporting 4 adults in a supported living service.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with families to co-produce tailored support plans.
