Team Leader – Adult Supported Living

Social Care & Education and looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee a cluster of adult supported living services in the Derby area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff across multiple adult supported living services

  • Attend and contribute to MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) meetings
  • Support with service development and day-to-day operational oversight
  • Maintain a flexible approach to meet service needs
