A local charity organization in Sheffield is seeking a Team Leader who will work across multiple residential care homes. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 qualification and 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include staff supervision, ensuring quality care, and liaising with professionals. We are looking for a Team Leader to work across our 9 residential care homes located in Sheffield but will initially be based at Cotleigh Residential Home. This role will require you to have a valid UK driving license due to multi-site working.
Hours: 44 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 7.30am, 4 times per week; includes weekends (usually alternate) and bank holiday work
Pay: £14.23 per hour
All new team members are required to attend an induction at our training room in S13 prior to starting work in the care home. These are run every three weeks, starting on a Monday between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
