A logistics and operations company is seeking a Team Leader for its PM shift in Wellingborough. Your role will involve maintaining high performance standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and leading process improvements within your team. Team Leader - PM Shift – 14:30 to 23:00 Monday to Friday
Warth Park (NN9 6NY)
£31,600 to £35,600 dependent upon experience, plus 30 days holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme

As one of our team leaders, you’ll have lots of responsibility for your team’s performance and you’ll have a keen eye for process improvements and spotting the best ways of reducing cost whilst delivering world class service and results. You’ll work very closely with your Operations Manager to deliver results together across your department.
