Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent is essential.
  • Previous experience at Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level is essential.
  • Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting.

Job Title: Childrens Residential Team Leader
Salary: 33,529 per annum
Location: Northolt, UB6

Our client already holds a huge presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs. Recently receiving astounding record Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry, aiming for outstanding across all homes. They are seeking a Childrens Team Leader to drive passion within the team of their 5-bed home in the New Malden area.

Responsibilities
  • Support staff to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.
  • Own responsibilities and duties align with the role of a Childrens Team Leader within a residential setting.
