About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to join our food production team. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are consistently met, while leading and supporting your team to achieve their best.

Location: Evesham

Salary: £27,000 up to £30,000/ year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
• Ensure all team members follow health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor quality checks to guarantee that food safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Allocate tasks and ensure team members are working efficiently and correctly.
• Support continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

• Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment (supervisory experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with production machinery and equipment is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
