Overview

The Early Interventions in Psychosis (EIP) service provides secondary mental health support for adults aged 18+ within Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire, offering care either at home or in clinics.

Role Overview

We are recruiting a full‑time Team Leader to manage the clinical team and ensure high‑quality, timely, evidence‑based services to patients, carers, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the clinical staff within the City EIP team.
  • Ensure services meet agreed performance targets and national guidance while supporting staff wellbeing.
