Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. Our team leaders play a crucial role in supporting staff, maintaining high standards, and stepping up to deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day care and support for the young people in the Home.
• Ensure the Home runs smoothly and meets all care standards.
• Support and mentor the care team, fostering a supportive and positive working environment.
• Build relationships with young people, showing compassion, emotional resilience, and the ability to inspire colleagues.
• Act as a deputy to the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
