A community care provider in Hull is seeking a compassionate Care Team Leader to support individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include providing practical assistance, promoting well-being, and facilitating social activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and hold or be willing to pursue an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
