A leading home care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to promote high standards of care. The role involves supporting care professionals, conducting client assessments, and aiding the Care Manager. You will need to ensure compliance with regulations and participate in training sessions. This is a full‑time position with the main working hours being Monday – Friday from 08:30 – 17:00. It is based at our office on Worle High Street but involves travelling to other locations to carry out dha tasks and duties. Out‑of‑hours on‑call participation is required on a rota basis. Salary £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.
