NIGHTS Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 06:30AM

Friday 19:00PM to 02:30AM

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Lead the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the site and the customer(s).
• Implement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviors and processes are followed as specified
• Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedure
• Communicate all relevant DPDHL policies to direct line employees and monitor their implementation on a regular basis
• Support management with resource planning and management e.g. implement agreed processes to review performance, monitor absense and sickness and address issues within clear guidelines
