Overview

Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader, to join our team at St Georges Community Hub and Café in Pendleton.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality, person-centred day services for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities and health needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of services in a modern and vibrant environment, with a focus on developing life skills and wellbeing.
  • Motivate team members, organise activities, and communicate effectively to support service users and carers.
  • Promote health, safety, and safeguarding of vulnerable adults in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Promote theAchievement of individual goals and ambitions for people supported, through person-centred planning and support.
Qualifications
  • Ideally, previous experience leading a team or readiness to take the next step on a management journey.
  • Strong motivational, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services and about supporting people to achieve their goals.
  • Ability to promote health, safety, and well-being of vulnerable adults in line with safeguarding policies.
