A local council organization is looking for a dedicated professional to manage a team focused on supporting children and families in the Charnwood area. The role is hybrid, offering options for both office and home working. You will lead Keyworkers and Family Support Workers in providing targeted early help and managing sensitive cases. Applicants should have significant experience in children and family services, a strong ability to build relationships, and a commitment to equality and diversity. We work across the Charnwood area and work alongside other agencies such as health, schools, social care and community organisations to support children and their families. We support families by doing one to one work in the home or running drop-in sessions or groups within our Family Hubs.

This role will manage a team of Keyworkers and Family Support Workers working both on Targeted Early Help cases and Children in Need as well as having some oversight of group work and duty cover.
