Location: Rochdale

Salary: £33,000

Are You an Inspirational Leader in Mental Health & Learning Disability Support?

We're looking for a Team Leader to lead and develop a dedicated team delivering person-centred support for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a pivotal role ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and compliance with best practices across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & mentor a team of Support Workers, fostering a person-centred culture
  • Covering 4 homes each supporting 3-4 individuals
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews to achieve individual outcomes
  • Manage staff rotas, supervisions, and training needs
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Willing to get involved with helping staff with hands on work
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in mental health / learning disability support & team leadership
  • Strong person-centred approach (PCP training desirable)
  • Ability to motivate staff and manage resources effectively
  • An experiences Team Leader or Deputy Manager
  • Flexibility - must be willing to work across shifts, including weekends / on-call
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Care / Management (or willingness to work towards)
  • Experience in budget / resource management
