A supportive housing organization in Ixworth is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee operations at Blackbourne View. In this role, you'll inspire a team, assess customer care needs, and develop care plans. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and have supervisory experience or commit to achieving it. This position offers 22 days annual leave, ongoing training opportunities, and a supportive work environment focused on inclusivity.

£29,643.52 per annum (Effective from 1st Jan 2026)
38 hours per week; Permanent
Work pattern: Monday- Friday 8-4 or 9-5
Must be flexible to change shift and work weekends if required

As a Care Team Leader, you will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Extra Care service. Your leadership will inspire and support the care team, ensuring we deliver the highest quality service to our customers.

Blackbourne View is an Extra Care housing scheme, helping people to live independently for as long as possible. It gives them the security and privacy of a home, with a range of shared facilities on the premises and 24‑hour care services. It also offers couples the opportunity to continue living together.
