Change Grow Live is responsible to deliver the contract to provide psychosocial intervention and transitional services across prisons in Kent. This service began on 1st April 2022 and offers a range of initiatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed individual to the role of Team Leader within HMP Elmley. HMP Elmley is a local Category B/C men's prison, located close to the village of Eastchurch on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. The term ‘local’ means that this prison holds people on remand to the local courts.
Full Time Hours 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range £35,220.59 - £37,184.90 per annum
