Overview

We\'re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated team in a specialist Children\'s Residential home that supports young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). This is more than a job - it\'s a chance to be a positive force in the lives of young people who need consistency, safety, and someone to believe in them.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and support a team of residential care workers
  • Provide structure and guidance in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people aged 10-17
  • Support the Registered Manager with audits, rota planning and safeguarding
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, recovery, and independence
  • Ensure the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Children\'s Residential setting
  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
