OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleaning office premises for prestigious Client includes washrooms kitchens and any surrounding areas. you must successfully pass vetting to be offered this position

Main Duties& Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision
• Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver consistent high-quality cleaning services.
• Conduct regular staff checks to ensure attendance performance and adherence to cleaning standards.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
• Staircase Management
• Ensure all staircases are cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Robotic Equipment Operation
• Operate andmaintainrobotic vacuum cleaners.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot basic issues with robotic equipment.
• Ensure robots are used efficiently and safely in designated areas.
• Quality Control
• Perform routine inspections of cleaned areas to ensure standards are met.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to theappropriate department.

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain clear communication with managementregardingteam performance and operational issues.
• Complete daily logs and reports asrequired.
