  • Provide regular professional supervision, advice and guidance to staff
  • Take a lead role in safeguarding within the team
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure swift access to early help support

  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies, voluntary sector and internal services
  • Ensure accurate, timely and confidential record keeping in line with council policies
  • Monitor performance, analyse data and contribute to service reports
  • Support staff training and development, including work with community volunteers
  • Contribute to service development and retain specialist expertise across the borough
About You

You will have significant experience working with children, young people and families, along with proven experience of supervising staff and managing workloads in a pressured environment.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with families and multi-agency partners
  • Confidence using IT systems and maintaining accurate electronic records
  • Emotional resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to anti-discriminatory practice and reflective, evidence-informed work
Additional Information
  • Enhanced DBS required (regulated activity with children)
